Actually, Art, I am happily long both the stock and the calls. I prefer the LEAPs myself.

I have been doing so well with them both... it is pretty easy when you are swimming with the current ... that I never stopped to think that maybe I should be doing just one or the other, if that is what you mean.

A couple of times I just rolled up. Like I had the calls at 95 and I traded them for the 120s and pocketed the difference when the stock went up so much. Like all the other coulda, woulda, shouldas I have, I shoulda mortgaged everything I own to buy more of the 95s at that time. But, if everything I owned did as well as IBM in total, I would be thrilled. I have been moving more of the portfolio into IBM though, but not soon enough or as much as I coulda.
