Dennis never answered your question about shares. One part he cannot answer on this thread, but only in private. That is, for him to talk about restricted stock sales and availability on this thread would amount to solicitation of restricted share buyers -- a violation of SEC rules. But he can answer your other question, which is how many shares are currently outstanding.

So Dennis, I ask myself along with Richard. How many shares are currently outstanding?
