Well shooting in the sense that they may shoot at the sky. I hope they don't actually hit anything though. The guy (Tariq) seems like a practitioner of prevarication. He must be next in line after Sadaam leaves. PS: What is it with these words that end in Q there? Don't they know how to spell?
