Party
Most Dell groups have team building parties. There are a lot of groups so there is likely to be some kind of party almost anytime. There has also been several new product announcements, they rate a party. There has also been products which passed their 90 days shipping without a major problem goals, they get a party. Some people turn 40 years old. Dell has become so big that the company picnic is now broken up by department and held on different days. I would say parties are a pretty weak indicator of anything.
