I spoke to the company this evening and explained to them what Mr. tonto has said about this email circulating with insider information. I was informed that there were only four individuals from AZNT involved in the talks with Monsanto and that Mr. tonto
could provide a real service by proving this email to the company. If a broker is involved with this he would be in violation of NASD regulations by not informing the NASD of this information.
We know that Mr. tonto is a champion of justice and will immediately comply with the company's wishes. I would sure hope that Mr. tonto isn't playing a game with AZNT shareholders, the NASD considers this very serious.

AUTHORITIES know relationship with COMPANIES who talk. unfortunate i think that charlie give tonto WRONG INFO. monsanto is "warm" but not accurate.
