Just talked to Past rost and the word from him is that there are 44 million not 48 million shares outstanding so this is a little better news. As far as the lawsuit goes it seems to be progressing pretty well,but will probably be settled in the january to march time frame,so another 4 to 6 million wont be hurting us too much. He also said we are on a pace to break even on ams net income so this is also good news. He also said he wouldnt be surprised to see the costco payment tied up in the lawsuit in some way. Very positive conversation as he never tried to dodge my questions. i hope this helps you guys.
