Brian, the recent celeron with the cache is an excellent ship that has been injured by the prior rep of the first chip. That injury inured directly to the good of AMD and coupled with the dumb fool engineered shortage in late summer springboarded AMD upwards. Intel must have decided to help AMD this way as they are too smart in marketing to fall into such a trap. Unless the law of unintended consequences was fully operational.
In any event that boost in addition to the AMD detail men has made AMD fly. Back then Intel stock was nearly 6 times AMD's price, now it is less than four times!!!
