Understood....this is the same way I feel....I think we investors jumped the gun on Pt. numbers and read more into the prez. report than was really there.

There is a good argument to be made for very good numbers rather than very small numbers.....I think the recovery process improved gold by about 6x....IF we're lucky the Pt. numbers will be better than this and IPM is worried about the SEC wanting to know just what is going on. Actually worried ins't the right word...it's a drag eveytime the gov't gets involved.

I heard that IPM had hired some wall street lawers to help them with PR and stuff like the SEC....Have you heard the same thing?

I agree that if Pt. numbers were small it would not be unsettling to the markets in general. However if we have a major Pt. deposit here it could be very unsettling to a very controlled market(by other gov'ts).
