I talked with John Fraser, president of Intertech, earlier today. The negotiations finalizing the financing deal with Kennecott are just about completed. Everybody is very positive regarding the agreement -- it has been a laborious process nonetheless, and the agreement will be about an inch and a half thick. Expect the drilling on the property to start early in the new year. Sincerely, Bob Basil
