Forecross signs agreement with NCR Forecross Corporation FRX.U Shares issued 11,567,696 Jan 8 close $8.35 Thu 9 Jan 97 News Release Mr Kim Jones reports The company has signed an agreement with NCR, which will generate US$2,000,000 to US$5,000,000 in future revenue. NCR will use the company's Complete/2000 automated factory to assess and bring into Year 2000 compliance 20 million lines of client-server-based code belonging to a large American telephone company. The company has also completed the analysis and renovation of over 1 million lines of code under a teaming agreement with NCR. Yesterday, I sold half of my FRX but want to buy it back if the price pulls back a bit. If they get recognized doing good year 2000 work, there could be a lot more happening. Frank
