I also think they have decided to do all the major restructuring at the end of 96 and I would expect that they will have expenses down enough now to get Open Route Networking off to a good start in the first quarter. With the announcement of a resellers agreement with the British company this is where I see a sale coming at some point in the near future. Management has indicated they want to get out of the token ring and LAN business and start fresh with a new corporate name and focus. I expect them to eventually transfer all aspects of this side of their business. I agree that they are going to give the remote access market a strong shot the first half of 97, I would also guess that if they fail to get the market penetration they want they could look for a partner or a sale. I think the outlook is better from here.
