Sal,

I think we agree more than you think <g>. BTW, it looks like MOT may indeed have started its turn around. Although they earned $0.39 for the quarter my math shows that they would have earned another $0.16 = 0.64 x $150M charge/590M shares. Therefore, earnings would have been 0.55 if it hadn't been for the charge. I am also in the market for a new notebook this year. Top candidates right now for me are Micron Transport or Toshiba Tecra. Toshiba does come at a premium but I have been satisfied with their notbooks. I will probably get which ever one incorporates ZIP first. I also hope that that USRX releases a PCMCIA version of their 56k modems relatively soon after 56k becomes available. This may take a while longer since it is my understanding that the current Megahertz PCMCIA modems use a Rockwell chipset (i.e. not flash upgradable to 56k.

As for overall PC companies I do like MUEI best but I really like the fact that DELL has been and continues to be a huge supporter of USRX. I would love to see MUEI and GATE switch exclusively to USRX.

Take care,

FF
