I agree. I've never received anything less than polite, helpful
service when I've had to talk to a live human, but sometimes, getting
them to understand that a techie problem exists is tough. I am giving serious thought to moving my taxable account to Brown, Datek, MBTrading, or someone else (although my IRA will be staying there - too many nice things they provide, and I don't trade it that actively).
