Why would it go lower than 4 times it's revenues? The market makers that bring it out at $5 will be friendly to the company. They wouldn't want a large short position in a new E-Seller at $5. The MM's will only have 400,000 shares to start out with and the other free trading shares will probably only be the 200,000 shares that BANY shareholders own. Given that the float will be around 1 million or less I would not expect any short players to jump on it. Many BANY shareholders will be buying the stock and since it will be a stock from a hot sector there will be many others buying also.

Of course the stock will probably have it's peaks and valleys but it will not dry up like BANY did at the end of last year. BANY did not have any revenues until this year. Their revenues are just now beginning to pick up. Next year is probably going to be the year for BANY...although this year should finish well over its current price. ANYI (my guess as to the new ticker), on the other hand, has great revenues and will probably have a nice run it's first few months and then settle down for the long haul. It's probably a good two year stock if a person likes to play long positions.

It's really quite nice when you consider the fact that BANY owns Anything Internet and Anything Internet owns BANY. Way to go Yost!
