here are some technical points that should also bring attention
to koss. at 11 1/4 the pe on trailing earnings is 12. when
you figure that they still have 2qt. left for fy96 and a nother
.50 in earnings it is still selling just below 9x earning. at
11 1/4 it is also under .8x sales.very little debt has bought back
over 300,000 shares has a float of 1.4 mil. with insiders owning
large %. 98 also looks good with 1.80-1.90 inearnings.

this is not just a play on consumer electronics but is also play
in telecommunication eq. their op.head sets are great. some 22
new products being shown in vegas and is the most ambitious move the
co.has ever made.

9 institutions hold nearly 50% here is a listing of koss holders:

william harris invts. 208,400
lasalle natl trust 198,400
dimensional fund advs. 161,800
barclays bank 59,958
brandywine asset mgmt 13,900
bullock american fund 83,000
dfa us 9-10 small co. 52,000
minat&co. 360,171
first bank na 353,157
no short position with a 2yr base around 6.25 and no over head
resistance until at least 12 1/2. one good corp. account is with
northwest airlines to supply head set for inflight entertainment.
strong licensing agreement in europe that should pick up with
new products. all in all this stock should be priced at least
around 18/per share if anyone is doing the math.
