I am not sure and unlike others on this thread that like to "presume" etc. I will have to check my issue but there was a Software conflict with one of the versions of AOL. I don't use AOL but I will check the issue and see if that was one of the conflicts. Otherwise it could be drivers as Windows 98 has 1200 drivers but can not cover them all. Charles
