Jager Industries Inc. Approves the use of Luxor Industrial Corporation's
IBS 2000 Load Sharing Connectors with its Engineered Wood I-joists

Luxor Industrial Corporation (Luxor) is pleased to announce that one of
Canada's leading manufacturers of Engineered Wood I-joists, Jager Industries
Inc. (Jager) of Calgary, Alberta, has approved the use of the patented IBS
2000 load sharing connectors with its I-joists. The engineering acceptance
of the combined product floorsystem has been the subject of an ongoing
exchange of information for more than six months. Luxor has agreed to
supply vibration controlled span tables for Jager's Super I-joists for
distribution to their field engineers and distributors. In addition, Luxor
has committed to provide ongoing technical support and product training.

A marketing plan is being prepared for the introduction of the vibration
controlled floor system to Jager's distributors and design engineers. Luxor
anticipates the shipment of their IBS 2000 load sharing connectors to the
market prior to the end of 1998.
