I spoke to Giovanni Smith today in Belize (source!). The three containers containing the two model homes should have cleared customs and he expects them this week in Ridge Lagoon Estates. They will be built in approximately 28 days. A supervisor is being brought in from Miami. Otherwise, local builders will do the construction. Foundations are complete and ready for the models. Giovanni has spoken to various Ministers in the government. They have express much encouragement and are very happy with the Ridge Lagoon Estates subdivision and the Affordable Housing Group presence in Belize. Demand for the houses to be financed by Affordable Housing Group appears to be very strong both in America and in Belize. Affordable Housing Group Ltd. will be moving into a new office soon.
