Well, it's a bit traumatic, but many have survived it.

There are some clocks to punch, but get it set up first.
From IDE it's a piece of cake if you can decide how to
partition things.

Once set up, take some care in preparing for crashes of
various kinds. There have been a number of posts here
about it. I'm not talking about KOT strategies; I'm
talking about more basic recovery procedures. The
NT literature for some reason is obscure about the most
elementary things.

Probably time for a refresher on this thread, as we
seem to be getting more and more early NT users,
so once you get it set up, post back for more discussion
on this topic.
