I have also created the TCP/IP connection to get to AOL. It works great! I have had no problem connecting. My friends who use AOL's numbers have had problems during this growth period. My question is, how do I get AOL to launch my netscape browser to go to the web sites? AOL launches its own browser for me now. I am probably missing something simple.

I also have AOL stock. I am trying out the service to see what I think of it. As a tried and true direct access person, I think I DO like AOL. I have combined the best of both worlds by using the pricing option "Bring your own Access". I don't think many ppl know about this. For $9.95 /month, you get unlimited AOL usage if you connect through your own service provider. I don't know if this is good for the stock price or not. But it does make for happier customers if they can always get right in!!

BTW I'm in at 39 7/8 should I hold on?
