Epic's U.S. subsidiaries sign agreement with Alberta Energy Epic Oil and Gas Ltd EAS Shares issued 15,743,706 Nov 11 close $0.53 Thu 12 Nov 98 News Release Also Alberta Energy Company Ltd (AEC) Mr. Ken Sinclair reports Rival Resources and its affiliate company, Safari American Resources, have signed an agreement with Alberta Energy to evaluate a natural gas prospect in the United States. Rival and Safari are the U.S. subsidiaries of Epic. For competitive reasons, Epic is withholding specific details as to location of this natural gas prospect. Have been following your play as well, but I think this one could be bigger.
