Anyone want to make a stab at predicting last quarter's eps? I'll start the eps lottery with .0625. I also think that Qdel may have been making a move to protect itself from an upcoming onslaught of suitor interest with their recent shareholders rights plan. I remember working for a company that introduced a "poison pill" resolution, when they did they made it very clear that they weren't responding to any threat of takeover, but within a few months they sold the company!
