Phil, I too hope you had a happy holiday season. I made a New Year's resolution not to engage in nit-picking with you . I rarely keep my resolutions though. <GGG>

Regarding my Infospace search I clicked on the H323 Users list. They explain that list as follows: "H323 Users are those users using the Microsoft NetMeeting beta 2.0 and Intel Internet Video Phone. More generally, they are users communicating with Internet Phone registering with the H323 protocol. In this category, people can communicate regardless the application they use." BTW, currently 7 people are on line. Although I did not click on the other categories, my point is simple and correct. You have agreed with it in the past:

None of these applications are creating a whirl-wind in this industry. It just hasn't happened yet. I, as an investor, believe in the industry and in its potential. We are just at the tip of the potential iceberg. Not enough sales or free downloads have occured by any company to have much of an edge over anybody. Companies will not be rembered in this industry by being the first with H323. Instead, it will be who came out with something better and different that can be used as a direct substitute for the telephone. That better and different just hasn't happened yet! Until then, this internet telephony is nothing more than a hobbyist thing. Until then, the playing field for long term success is fairly even. When this happens the whole internet telephony thing will sky rocket. If Camelot is one of these companies, it too will sky-rocket. Trading at a little over book value makes it a good speculative investment for me in this speculative infant industry.

Please do not nit-pick my thoughts or strategy. Although we have in some ways become the Siskel and Eibert of internet telephony, as it applies to Camelot, I think enough has been said by both of us on this subject. Let's just agree that I like it, and you don't.

Tim
