Steve Hicks will submit plan tomorrow for the creditors committee to look over. If they approve it will go to the judge/court for approval. The plan will include the creditors and current shareholders. The first to get paid will be administration fees/lawyers. As soon as I know the actual %'s I will post. Someone is buying large blocks of the stock-but I doubt they are paying any commissions. On the 18th there will be an Edgar filing. Once again nothing is set in concrete.
