They seem to get very high marks for availability of shorts, but there have also been recent complaints about an increase of unexpected buy-ins. I am interested in strategies where I could potentially build a large hedged short position and a forced buy-in would be very bad. I am wondering how severe the buy-in problem is becoming at Datek?
