All...does sound reasonable to you?

On Tuesday I bought EGRP at 24 1/8 hoping for a rebound. Didn't happened and the stock started to tank. Put in a market order at 15:47 to sell 1,000 shares at market, bid at that time was 23 1/2. I waited for 10 minutes before order was confirmed bid had dropped to 22 3/4 at 15:57. The order came in a 900 at 23 1/2 and 100 at 22 5/8. I contested it saying bid was 23 1/2 at the time. Their response was the 900 went through auto exec program and the remainder had to go to floor broker for execution and he got me the low for the day at 22 5/8. Waterhouse stated nothing I could do about it, and it isn't Waterhouse's fault. The difference isn't a lot of money but I feel like I am getting screwed. Should I just accept it and quit complaining or is something wrong here?

Thanks,

Rory
