I think this is another example that ciena's 40channel DWDM has absolutely no technical problems. ATT's decision was purely stupid and political. Someone at Lucent must be nervous about all the antitrust investigation going on against MSFT and CSCO. The sad part is this news didn't move the stock. Maybe there will be a delayed reaction.
