Sam, that seemed like a pretty good NR to me ,yet the stock went down Well if it went up, it would break the trend! quote.yahoo.com IMO, this stock is unlikely to move until it develops a bigger following. X-Cal is a very low-profile stock that until very recently was not been covered by any brokerage. I think that they have not done a secondary public offering - they have been able to raise new capital through private placements. Since they have not needed the services of a broker they don't get followed. There has been lots of news coming out on X-Cal over the past year but still the price goes down.
