How can a company buy itself. Again? This doesn't make any sense. If they buy themselves and pay an inflated price, they will be subject to SEC investigation because they have a vested interest in the company. I don't think this company knows how many shares are outstanding. Reread their last few releases. Has anyone looked into Reg-S on BGIX?
