Dr Harvey I too think that the company has expressed some pretty high aspirations on this conference call. As a shareholder I hope they can deliver. If they miss by a long ways then I suppose they might be worthy of your so called "scam alert". If they hit or exceed their expressed marks do I would think you could be guilty of libel. Please think before you post. Your questions are good ones. I would like to have the answers myself but I would never pose them as you do. As far as FTRK goes? The chart looks nice but this is the EVDS thread. Feel free to post on the InvestRight thread anytime on your stock picks. May they all double after you do.

BTW I would like to thank Jim Marks for posting a synopsis of the conference call. If EVDS does not deliver and Dr Harvey has in effect warned us about our impending doom as shareholders. I would simply like to add that Dr Harvey or anyone of us could have asked his questions and hoped to hear good answers.

I wonder why Dr Harvey didn't? I also wonder why he is so negative about this company's prospects?

Even FTRK had to double from a level well below yearly highs. Oh and I do believe Dr Harvey was posting positively on that thread way back when the stock was falling. I just don't get why people have to be so antagonistic.

Regards, Jeff
