Viv, I found this link: .http://www.quicken.com/investments/insider/?symbol=USBC I shows one confirmed sale by R Wright, Pres. in 10/'97, 37.5K shares at 5.06. Not bad timing on his part. It also shows seven planned sales, the latest being 8/18/98 but apparently these are not done deals. Perhaps they are expecting the value to recover before making their move. Have you found anything more current? Hope this helps. Tim
