Thanks, Tim. After I noticed your Quicken link referenced the old name I looked up the old name under my "Insider Trader" subscription service (only have the first level i.e. cheapest one) and found a few more planned sales reported on Form 144. This level of service does not get "names" only "codes." When I originally typed in the USBC code, I got a totally different company (not USA Biomass). I did find out that his sale of 37,500 shares in October, 1997, by the president, Robert Wright did not make much of a dent to his total common stock holdings of 688,579. Viv
