As I suspected, the original Jacquet Form 4 was in error. It was amended on 1/9 to change the number of options granted and corresponding underlying shares to 10,000 from 25,000.

In response to James Zehr's bullish read of the option grant, I too am bullish on AXC long-term James. My point was that as incremental information, the option grant tells us really nothing. We already know that Bramson controls around 9 million shares and bought another 400,000 shares in 11/96. So two minor option grants don't really help us much, we already have much more bullish info regarding executive stock holdings.
