Judge asks if McGeady speaks for company

WASHINGTON, Nov 12 — A senior Intel executive called Intel CEO Andy Grove a “Mad Dog,” leaked confidential information to the New York Times and referred to the Rolling Stones song “Sympathy For the Devil” in a memo about Microsoft, according to e-mails and other documents introduced in court Thursday by Microsoft in an attempt to discredit the executive.
