Greg, it should have an effect on Techs as well, because rising interest rates mean Brokers increasing their cash share. And therefore they will sell stocks - some sectors should be affected more (financials), some less. But it should affect at least the OVERALL market!
And watch that strange DOW and NASD behavior today after closely-watched (bad) inflationary data. That's not normal!
I don't want to complain AT ALL...<g>
