The MMs seem to love to drop the price a bit if the last trade is a sale. It brings out the "whiners", and seems to garner the MM some more cheap shares the next morning.

If some young (shortsighted) whipper snapper bought in at 0.12 and sold at 0.155, he made a 30%+/- gain. If this was a weekly cyclical roller coaster stock, that might be a repeatable game. But, LGOV isn't like that. So, whomever sold - blew it (IMHO); unless they were facing some personal crisis - in which case I wish them well.
