1. k is too smart to invest any new money in the People's Demokratik Republik of BC. 2. k likes to make money, not pour it down NDP sewerpipes (corollary of #1). 3. if I knew ryo better, I could likely think up more differences ... but imho #1 is pretty fundamentally important. Better México where the corruption and incompetency is moderate, consistent, and predictable.
