Can Aleta or Jon tell us how many bank accounts the Zulu/ESVS combo has? Can you tell us which accounts have the most money? Is it possible a check was written from the wrong account? Is it possible that things are strung to the edge in anticipation of closing the deal which, once accomplished, brings in private placement money--enough to satisfy all debts? And isn't it in the filing that ESVS will assume all Zulu debts?

Neither one of ya needs to cry on the sidelines since yer both got no dough in either company. Yet neither one of you hesitates to make your voices on these threads louder than my own. As a non-holder and a momentary holder of Zulu/ESVS, each of your comments has to be tempered accordingly.

It's well known, and I've made it perfectly clear, that I'm long and have always been. It's easy to condemn, but harder to defend when you must remain quiet. Give Zulu and ESVS a break and let 'em try and get their deal together without crying about it or attempting to spill beans you know nothing about and then go on boasting on how great you are in technology and investing. If I could give each of you a horn, I would. 'Cause I know you'd each be a tootin' 'em. And horns need to be played.
