And do you know that Zulu was completely satisfied with the service they were getting from this company? Or that there weren't disputes of any kind between the two companies? Do you know, for example, if the discounted rate resulted from a complaint from Zulu? Were checks written and then cancelled? That perhaps someone made a mistake and *ucked up on the accounting?

You should be contacting the Zulu technical people for a lot of reasons. First of which, your own technical expertise would mean you'd have a lively conversation. But, I see, you're afraid you might learn something positive from the company. And you've treated even Zulu's positive news negatively. So there's a real reason why you don't contact Zulu's technical people, isn't there?

You wouldn't even visit the company when there were near you in El Segundo. Have you visited yet?
