Well i was called today,and again had to hear the crap about a 6 minute time delay for a market sell order as the stock was moving up.I have the distinct feeling their is a clever scam going on,whereby someone is making millions.I sold as the stock was moving up not down.(i bought ktel at 30,was 31-32 when they recieved it,by their own admission) i got filled at market 6 minutes later at 26. Are there lots of us getting lost in cyberspace and getting fleeced? We would have to prove that there is either negligence or fraud if we were ever to get any monies back.I think these guys give the word gross incompetence new meaning.
