We saw what happened with the TSE and IPM -- the ASE and Naxos and who knows who's the next on the list. I'd just as soon there wasn't any Pt. on the property -- it just seems to cause problems and definitely makes the extraction more difficult. How's the weather doing over there?? Sure terrible here in San Diego, we've been having to wear a sweat shirt down at the beach volley ball games. Best to you. C L
