wm, I don't know if we've come full circle or we are going in circles. Here was my response to Paul's post which you think settled the issue: Message 6396094

To answer your question, yes I took profits the moment I heard Lev's response to this most pertinent of questions. His refusal to say whether the VLNC production line is producing samples for OEM testing, and his refusal to acknowledge the variable rate conversion option raised huge red flags for me.

Maybe VLNC has made enough progress to secure a material contract within 75 days, I don't know. But Lev's evasion of these questions was enough to convince me there is a reasonable possibility they may not. And if they do not, I don't want to be holding the stock with a floorless conversion taking place.

As far as my "associate" Zeev goes, I've known Zeev through SI for over 2 years. Zeev is a Phd, an inventor, a business owner, and a very astute investor. He is one of the most-followed posters on SI. I've learned much by reading his posts. I would recommend his posts to anyone.
