I hadn't noticed this, but you are right. Except for UTEK and IPEC, PRIA is the most heavily shorted semiequip that I could find.

Short interest has climbed steadily since March, and in mid-October it was 8% of shares outstanding. Because of declining volume, days to cover rose to 8 days, which is high enough for short-sellers to potentially feel squeezed when the stock moves up.

I'll post a table of short interest in all the semi-equips over on the Blood thread.
