I find it reassuring, when doing a web search for "The Children's Beverage Group", that so many links refer to Robby Unser and Team Cheever. This offers an entertaining contrast to the many business-oriented links.

If TCBG decided to focus their national advertising budget toward, say, city bus billboards, or quarter-page magazine ads, I'm not so sure the curious investor could find these references easily. Or that they would be interesting enough to read, if seen. The web-searchability offered by IRL racing is effective.

On a related topic: I'm a little bummed to see that, when doing this same simple web search, SI's WAMM header pops up, displaying client phone numbers to all web searchers, whether familiar with SI or not. Ouch.

Oh, well. Live and learn.
