James, I understand your emotional reaction to the "facts" as I reviewed them and I also understand your need to lash out at someone other than the hypesters that are touting this company. However, you asked a question as to what gives me the right, etc... Well, there is no rhyme nor reason for me to post here, and I won't any further if that is what you wish, but before I go, I will tell you this; I have been investing in small and micro cap stocks for about 6 years, and investing, (speculating), overall since about 1985; and in that time I have seen more than my share of CEO's and president's of companies lie through their teeth about their earnings forecasts and sales projections.
Unlike many on this board, I have visited this company and I have spoke to their investor relations people; ( a fact that not one other person on this board was even aware they had until I posted it),
They have no product, they have no orders for it, so in effect, they have nothing but a shell with an ever increasing amount of shares that they need to see go higher so they can raise more capital.
By the way, they don't even have an office; they are using the clubhouse at a boat dock.
So before you'all go spouting off at the mouth about what I know and what I don't, I will leave you with this one last thought;
If there is no remediation contract, and they lied about that, what else is there that they haven't told you, and where were the questions pertaining to the FPL deal, and who was the former employee? that was complete bullshit, the fact that they stated they had the contract, and the fact that they imply they fired the person.
And while you are on the phone with them being fed more manure, find out what the actual deal is with the remediation company, and how much it will contribute; if anything, to the bottom line of EVDS.
I am sorry, but this company has already burned its first group of shareholders who held stock in the former company waiting for the Capscan to come to market; which is why the company now uses an i after EVDS.
No my unfortunate poster, you haven't nearly done the homework on this company that I have and I tried to help others from making a bigger mistake than they already had.
So much for the "accumulation" and the other "breakout" touts posted here in the last several weeks. The only thing these guys have is millions of shares waiting to hit the market on every uptick.
Oh, and thanks for reminding me to fix my profile, I now have been able to add my favorite web sites.
I will state it for the last time; you have nothing in this stock other than more disappointments, but time will tell; I will check back here after the X-mas period to see what has transpired, and will again be back at the end of the first two quarters of 1999; if this thread is actually still here.
BTW, what is the date that the company must file to become reporting before being sent into pink sheet hell?
