Rick PMD is fundamentally flawed because more and more court decisions are going against evasive drug testing. Campbells Soup for example had to payoff a number of employees for failing drug tests. The conclusion was that companies must have 'just cause' for drug testing, otherwise they maybe open to lawsuits by employees who are terminated by random drug testing. The only company that currently provides just cause drug testing programs for companies is PreventCo(Prev - OTC - BB). They are currently rolling out a contract for PepsiCo and are launching a home version of their program which is too be marketed through an infomercial in Feb/96
