James, Thanks for the kind words and support, it is appreciated. As you stated, I used to speak to Frank or someone at Franklin on almost a daily basis for over a year, but recently the access is impossible. Why? Because they are busy beyond comprehension.
Last night was the first time in literally weeks that I spoke to Frank, and even then it was brief. They are buning the midnight oil out there, and I mean the entire staff.
I stated the other day that the MM's are going to get their legs chopped off just below the knees and others will be left in the dust when FTEL releases the news that will be forever written in the history of the company as the turning point from Penny status to "high growth company".
Now, I know everyone continues to focus on the audit as the stumbling block that is keeping us from going forward, and rightfully so, it is the key to opening up the path to a chain of events that are in the making. But understanding those events, will also give you more solace in the fact that the FTEL may not have pushed the CPA firm for the audit, because a few things needed to strategically take place to create a reason to demand action from the CPA firm. Well those things are now in place.
Let me give you example, remember during the DCTC fiasco, a rumor of misinformation was circulated questioning the status of the voice server. Well it was just a smoke and mirrors tactic by some ill intentioned people/misinformed ignorant people that was absolutely irrelevant. If they knew anything about the industry, then they would have known that until a standardization of the Telephony platform is established, there isn't going to be a widespread usage of "internet telephony" thus making the issue of the voice server's readiness a moot point, at best.
As for the audit's importance, it is very important, but what I'm getting at is that there are othe factors that are underlying the need up till now as to it's timeliness. Now that those other factors are in place, you may see the pressure be applied to the CPA firm to finalize the audit, ASAP.
That is why I am adament about NOW is the time not to get caught up over petty pennies, when dollars are at stake. The MM's can play all they want, but when the rubber meets the road, there are going to be some skid marks, but I think it is going to be on in the pants, not on the pavement.
