You must be joking! Based on your comment, you have not done any research on producing mines in the World. Please be careful with your comments. The average producing mine in South Africa is 23 carats per 100 ton. How do you come up with 40ct/100t? Can you explain? For your information, 20ct per 100t, with good size distribution and gem quality stones is all we need in Alberta. This is the biggest oversight by so many.. One sight you may be able to get info on diamond info is intheloop.com.
