I am loving and compassionate, but I don't pity myself and I don't pity others. I own my life and my decisions, and am the product of my choices in all places, now and forever.My philosophy defines a large part of my world view. It was forged in fire, and if you believe it produces some pollyannish serenity, you haven't tried complete self-responsibility, and expected it of others.

And you still haven't a clue about my concept of a God that doesn't make decisions for us. I believe God provides the canvas, but the brush is in our hands.

I was thinking of you a few days ago, and the recurrent thought was, "E seems mad at a God she doesn't even believe in." Ironic.
