Everyone on a thread does not invest and or speculate alike.I have Bonds(primarily Ginnie Maes). I have Growth and Income Stocks and I have Pure Growth Stocks and about 8-10% of the Value of my Portfolio is used for what most would consider speculation and it is all on the Boards here for all to see. I made a $12,000 profit in a month when ACCR went from 1.5 to 4.5 and it is now down. DGIV went from pennies to $8.00 a share and it is now at about 80 cents. The fact of the matter is that people cam make Money on these stocks whether they are good or bad in many cases. The other extreme was 18 months for THQI for over $9000.The fact is that everybody invests different and for Kerry and his "loved one" to make Blanket statements without knowing what the various parameters are for the different people here again is misleading and.......

When I questioned it, your Buddy felt he had to defend you and instead of trying to debate me on the Facts he/she went right to my Profile to see if there was anything in which to attack me with. When you can't debate the facts then use "labels" or insults.

I saw no baiting. I merely asked why a person who did not own a particular Stock would be so Interested that they would come on a Forum for that Stock.I am Semi-Retired and I don't have time to "cruise" all these boards and put inane comments on them.I would hesitate to make any comments because if that Individual is later shown to be wrong they will look like a "Fool". Even if they are proven to be right it will be considered "Luck" because they offered no Facts but words like "presume".It is a lose-lose situation and only a Fool would put themselves in that Position.

I offer no opinion and should I be proven incorrect then I will lose if it goes to "0" about a months worth of Stock Dividends so there is no big loss here. Another Fact to consider is that in over 50% of the cases, a spin-off turns out to be worth more than the Parent Company that spins it off. I used to give Indicators of which Stocks I was interested in and would tell people not to take my word for it and do their own Homework ,but after people like yourself came on the Boards I stopped. I am sure others have taken this attitude also. I have two stocks right now that I bought a month ago and they are up 50%.Meanwhile my past ones are on the boards for all to see.

No ,Kerry I don't need to hold my breath and worry about you and your buddy being too intelligent for me. I think everybody on this board can see you both for what you are and the reasons you refuse to answer three simple questions.

1. Are your misleading and non-factual statements designed to try and sent the price down further.
2. Are you both members of the "Moral Police" who feel it is their Duty to protect us from ourselves and our Money?
3. Are you both just Ignorant?

Please explain to us what other reasons there would be for someone who has no position in a particular Stock and feels it is a risk would want to cruise the boards and make misleading and/or false comments. Meanwhile I would be more than happy to debate any stock as to its financials etc or any Business concept if you are interested in making a bigger Fool of yourself.

Charles
